1. The service. Operations Automated provides a managed AI voice agent for business phone lines and produces a written transcript of every call it takes. Setup is arranged through an intake call.
2. The demo line. The phone line published on this site is a demonstration. Calls to it are answered by an AI agent and transcribed; the Privacy Policy describes what is collected and kept. The demo line exists so you can evaluate the agent. Do not use it to submit confidential information or another person's personal information.
3. Your records. Transcripts of calls on your line are treated as your business records. Ask for any call and we send you the transcript. When you ask us to remove your data, we remove it from our live systems. Copies inside our database provider's routine backups age out on that provider's schedule, and short-lived operational logs age out on their own.
4. Acceptable use. Do not use the site or the line to break the law, to harass, to interfere with the service, or to probe its security.
5. Other products on this domain. Parts of this domain serve our related marketplace product. Where a surface states its own terms, those govern that surface.
6. Early access; disclaimers. The service is in early access and is provided as is. We promise only what is running. We do not warrant that the agent will answer every call or capture every word.
7. Changes. We will post changes to this page. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the change.
