One fee per location
Every number at that location is included, and no call is metered. A month where the phone never stops costs the same as a quiet one.
Three ways to buy it
Single line
$249 per month
One location, one number, one way of answering.
What you get
- Every call to that number answered, days, nights, weekends and holidays alike
- Two callers answered at the same time, so the second caller in a rush is not sent to voicemail
- Full written transcript of every call, yours to keep
- The agent says it is an AI and that the call is transcribed, before it asks anything
- Your number stays yours, and forwarding reverses in minutes
Front desk
$749 per month
One location, every number it answers on.
What you get
- Everything in Single line
- As many numbers as you want on that location, at no extra charge: the main line, the one you added later, the number still printed on things you cannot reprint
- All of them answered the same way, so a caller gets the same business whichever number they found
- Hours, answers and routing changes made for you rather than by you
- A written record of what we changed and why
The managed half of this tier runs to a stated schedule: [the review and change cadence, with the Founder]
Every location
$1,499 per month
Several locations under one roof, each answering as itself.
What you get
- Everything in Front desk, at up to three locations
- Every number at every location included, still at no extra charge
- One record across all of them, so you read the whole business in one place
- Additional locations beyond the third scoped with you before anything is billed
Each location has its own hours, its own answers and its own routing: [per-location behaviour, being built]. Until it lands, locations on this tier share one way of answering, and we will say so on the intake call rather than let you find out.
Every tier is billed monthly, confirmed with you on the intake call before anything is billed, and carries no per-minute or per-call charge.
Why every number is included
You run one business, and it has collected more than one phone number. The main line, the one you added later and the number still printed on things you cannot reprint all reach the same place, with the same hours and the same answers, so they are one thing to answer and you are billed for one thing.
What the fee is attached to is your location: teaching the agent that business, its hours, what it offers, what to do with a caller it cannot help, and the voice it answers in. That work does not stop at setup, which is why the price sits on the location and stays flat however many numbers ring into it.
The same holds for minutes. Metering them would hand you a bill that climbs in exactly the month your phone was busiest, which is the month the agent earned its fee. A flat fee means a busy month and a quiet one cost you the same, and you can plan around the number.
What people ask next
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is a call where we learn how your phone actually gets used, and the work after it is ours. You are billed the monthly fee and nothing else.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing, because there is nothing to go over. We do not meter calls by the minute and we do not count them. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one, which is the whole point of a flat fee for a business whose phone is unpredictable.
Why is a second number included?
Because it reaches the same business. A second number at your location keeps the same hours and gives the same answers as the first, so it is not a second thing to run. The fee is attached to the location, and every number ringing there comes with it.
Can I leave?
Yes, and quickly. Your number stays yours the whole time; you forwarded it to us and you can forward it back in minutes. [notice period and term, with the Founder]
Two minutes with the agent. It asks how your phone actually gets used, and tells you at the end whether this fits.
