Who we are
Operations Automated provides a managed AI voice agent for business phone lines. For anything in this policy, contact privacy@opsautomated.co.
What we collect on this site
When you join the waitlist or ask us to follow up, we collect your email address, and a phone number if you choose to give one. The phone field is optional.
With each form submission we also store your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of the network address it came from, to stop abuse. Records used only to stop abuse are kept for two days.
If you use the feedback button, we receive what you type and, only when you press Send, a snapshot of page context: the page address, your browser and screen details, recent clicks on the page, recent script errors and failed requests, and, if you attach one, a screenshot of the visible page. Screenshots are not retained. Feedback becomes a work ticket in our own systems. Nothing leaves your browser until you press Send.
We run no analytics scripts and set no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in to the product areas sets session cookies that last up to 400 days and are scoped to this site. They are not set for anonymous visitors, and none of the Operations Automated pages sets one. A few local flags, such as remembering that you closed the entry form, stay in your browser and are never transmitted.
What we collect on the demo phone line
- The number you call from.
- A written transcript of the call, both sides, word for word. We do not record or retain audio. The audio does reach our telephony, media, and transcription providers while the call is running, and we send our transcription provider's do-not-train flag on every request.
- Anything you volunteer during the call, such as your name, your email address, or details about your business.
Every call is answered by an AI agent that identifies itself and states that the call is transcribed, in its opening words, ahead of any question. Those words are a fixed line in the code and are the same on every call.
Other product surfaces on this domain
This domain also serves surfaces of our related marketplace product, including accounts, valuation requests, and deal rooms. Those forms state what they collect where you use them.
How we use it
- To follow up on your interest and set up your service.
- To run the call itself and produce the transcript and the summary we offer you.
- For rate limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your data.
Outside services we use
Running a phone call and a website takes outside services. Each one receives only what its part of the job needs:
- Call carriage and media transport. Our telephony carrier and our media provider carry the call audio in real time.
- Transcription. Caller audio streams to our speech-to-text provider, which produces the written transcript. We send that provider's do-not-train flag on every request.
- Speech synthesis. The agent's own replies go to our voice providers as text. Your speech does not.
- Reply composition. The running transcript goes to our AI model provider to compose the agent's replies.
- Hosting, database, delivery, email, payments. Site hosting, database and storage, network delivery, transactional email, and payment processing for paid product areas.
We do not share your data with anyone outside the services that run your line and this site.
Retention and deletion
We keep transcripts, call records, and form submissions until you ask us to remove them. When you ask us to remove your data, we remove it from our live systems. Copies inside our database provider's routine backups age out on that provider's schedule, and short-lived operational logs age out on their own. Deleting our copies does not by itself erase copies our providers hold in their own systems.
To make a request, email privacy@opsautomated.co from the address you gave us, or tell us the number you called from.
Access
Ask for any transcript of your own calls and we send it to you.
Children
The service is a business tool and the site is not directed at children.
